You posted some time ago, but re. your daughter's incontinence problem I have a similar story that may help.

A friend of mines daughter suffered the same problem.
Nothing helped. She had the problem since she was potty trained, and after many visits to doctors and even surgery had not helped solve the problem, it was discovered she had a citrus intolerance. When she stopped ingesting all citrus the incontenince stopped.
For your daughter it may also be citrus or perhaps intolerance to another food.
