I buy mine at Ozark Natural Foods in Fayetteville Arkansas. Just in case you don't live in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, you can get it at most large health food stores or order it on line. It comes in various strengths. I use a medium range in heat units, although you can get it very hot. My doctor told how he helped a stroke victim by using about ten drops of 100,000 heat units several times until the bleeding in the brain seemed to stop. This area is very rural and it can take an hour or more for an ambulance to arrive. "Doc" probably saved this man's life, or at least a lifetime of disability.
