Help! Please! Giant tapeworm too.

Tapeworm in face about 3 1\2 ft long. before my eyes it dropped down from my scalp. so I have a very lopsided face and what would look like a goiter but is this thing or coils of it going down my neck beside my thyroid. who know how long it really is.

I have been vegetarian since i was twelve, don't eat out and wash all produce in a saline bath.

Could someone lend a hand please? I am already exhausted the Pellionella. also found that I have carpet beetle larve in me; in the bottom of a nest of Pellionella two were having a fight to the death over a snack how is any of this possible?
