One species of tapeworm or additional parasites? what else can I do to help praziquantel?

I’m on day 8of first 600mg dose of praziquantel and this stuff just keeps coming out can anyone confirm if this widely varying stuff is all just one type of Tapeworm or do I need to treat for something else also? This is all from one bm one thing that looks kinda like a micro bird scull (middle of last picture) was something solid and hard like a whole clove (I know what’s been going on my mouth for the last month for sure so none of this is food remnants unless it’s from a long time ago…) WTH is it!? And my symptoms have improved largely and I am beyond thankful… however last three days few symptoms seem to be creeping back yesterday was my halfway mark before next dose of praziquantel, does anyone see any reason I shouldn’t take a dose of iver today to add a boost to getting this out? I took one initially and had eggs by the millions come out for about 3 days unfortunately then found out I had a Tapeworm (through ct not stool so not completely definitive) but that’s when we knew ivermectin want going to get the job done all the way. But I’d like to try taking it on this halfway between doses of other med to help eradicate situation any one know? Thank y’all!
