Since its damaging effects can eventually take a severe toll on your physical, mental, and emotional health, it is vital to recognise its signs and begin proper treatment. Some symptoms that you must be on the lookout for include feeling tired or irritable, facing difficulty getting out of bed, having difficulty remembering things, and experiencing mood changes.
