Every thing cost more and will cost more......today, wood, building materials at a all time high.....yesterday I seen a 16 foot board at Lowes cost $80.00 per board, the idea of building a house in 2022 seems impossible, but the opposite. People with $$$ are dumping the $$ into houses......a house that use to cost $30,000.00 now cost $500,000.00 and those people look at it this way----their $$$$$ setting in banks, is worthless, it has always been worthless, but thanks to the politicians taking 30 trillion $$$$$$$ in the past 14 years and their fatal mistake of flooding the borders and giving people from other countries endless free $$$$$$$, that destroyed AMERICA....when those working for $8 an hour seen people from other countries enter and get free phones, free food, free housing and kept hidden in gov facilties......the working class of AMERICA said SCREW YOU GOV., why should we work and die for the fake $$$$


In just a couple of years, those building houses went from wanting $20 an hour, to wanting $50 an hour and the bosses want much more.........and since the wealthy are willing to pay for it----today, after just a short period of time, houses cost more than working people can ever afford ever again......

THEN, the next step???? Each county is going to TAX the housing to their DEATH, until the banks/gov owns all.
