Rope worm, ascaris or mucoid plaque?

Hello!

I’ve been cleansing my bowels lately with enemas and this came out the other day, I thought it was mucoid plaque but i had the idea it could be a rope worm, or Ascaris maybe?

What do you guys think.

I’ve changed my coffee enemas because I’m usually dehydrated, changed them to a salt vinegar enemas for cleansing and nystatin for candida, but might alternate between those.
