oil slicks and floaty foam ?

i keep getting a lot of oil slicks with my enemas- and also this foamy floaty stuff- looks like miso when it settles in miso bowl. sorry i have no pictures so trying to be descriptive.

i do have gall bladder issues in that i have a hard time digesting fat and i have sensation by my GB but did ultrasound and nothing came back and all my blood tests come back clear.

the miso floating foamy stuff is weird- anyone with experience please comment :)
