I'm 32 years old an have been struggling with health issues for 12 years. Finding barefoots forum back 6 years ago saved my life from the medical mafia.
I got really into the cleansing and detoxing with fruit and herbs. It helped alot at first with some of my issues but after 3 years I started to fall apart.
After the fruitarian experience I did a 180 and went carnivore. All meat. It did some good for the first couple of months but then I crashed hard and started to have heart problems with horrible constipation. I was already lean before but carnivore cause me to lose alot of weight. I looked anorexic while eating 2,500-3,000 calories of 80/20 ground beef and Ribeyes. Was hospitalized 3 times with heart pain and extreme fatigue with insomnia. The scariest and worst experience of my life.
I've reached a point now where I just don't know what to eat anymore. I've lost all intuition with my body and how to feed it.
If you don't mind could you answer a few questions for me?
Healthy fats? What are they in your opinion? What do you mean when you say brown, beige, white fats?
What do you think about raw milk?Cheese? Cream? I was drinking some raw milk from a farmer in Nebraska for a couple of months but it started to give constipation,itchy and bloody stools.
What meats do you think are best? I'm reluctant on eating meat due to past issues.
What are you're thoughts on whole food starches like rice, potatos, wheat? Legumes? Vegetables like leafy greens and broccoli?
Do you see nuts and seeds as good?
Any foods that you think shouldt absolutely be avoided besides vegetable oils and all the other processed fake foods?
