Type 2 diabetes is a multi trillion dollar con job. Type 2 diabetes is ridiculously easy to prevent, control or reverse, through diet alone. I have experimented with foods and the effects it has on my blood glucose levels for 51 weeks from the 18th of March 2018 to to 11th of March 2019 doing an A1c test every 7 days for the first 25 weeks and I have subsequently reversed my diabetes. are of respondents who have all reversed their diabetes. Mr. P was a diabetic of 20 years plus and is now free of insulin and medication. Mr. B. effected the biggest drop of 1.4% in his Blood Glucose Level's in a 7 day period. MKK achieved the next biggest drop of 1.2% in a 7 day period, all of whom are currently on a 'see food' diet. I have many more positive results and all the original lab test results. I distrust immensely all the 'recommendations' or 'guidelines' or 'treatment' as set out by the likes of the ADA, NIDDK, Mayoclinic, Webmd etc. and CDC's of many countries, all of which in my opinion, are designed to maintain your diabetic status as such.
