Nystatin oral suspension for Candida enema

Can anybody tell me if using oral suspension Nystatin in an enema is effective against Candida?
It's really hard to find Nystatin without a prescription.
Please advise is this works and how to do the enema using the oral suspension.
I have tried everthing, been using Bill Thompson's Lugol's protocol, Dr Daniels Turpentine protocol, special diets, herbs, you name it. Please help!
