This reply was so perfect without even trying to be, and I created an account just to express my appreciation for it.

But now that I'm here I'll continue to have a look around at the resources people kindly compiled and figure out how to curb these herx symptoms.. never thought such a low dose over the course of a week would trigger this level of lousiness, but am obviously missing much needed detox support. Tweet
