Rife/Crane frequencies would be within that range you are discussing so 432 Hz would be one of many frequencies that you might select.
The concern that I have is that at this price, there may be something missing. I would get the zapper checked out on both a frequency counter and on a good oscilloscope to make sure that the output is correct.Often these cheap zappers will very poor wave forms that will render them practically worthless.
Also, they specify an output voltage 3-4.5V DC which is very low and might not be very effective . A lot depends on the way that it is measured which is why an oscilloscope is important. The output should be a clean sharp square wave with 8.0 volts peak to peak output.
