What worked for you? I'm on Sharkman's protocol and feel often like I make a little bit of progress and then regress. Where did you move/how did that help? I do feel like I need to quit my stressful job and move out of this godforsaken city to heal. Any helpful supplements you'd recommend? I'm on year 2 of this battle and I'm soooo sick of feeling like I'm spinning my wheels and not making progress.
