lymph nodes

on day 7 here.
b4 the cleanse, my lymph nodes have been enlarged everywhere! my groins, under my arm pits, right side of neck and bunch of other places.
i noticed yesterday that my lymph nodes are still enlarged, and may have gotten bigger. i thought they would be getting smaller as they would be releasing the toxins they are holding into my blood stream.

i haven't experienced any of that aching, headaches, joint pain, canker soars etc that everyone talks about.

well actaully, yesterday i was up late (bc i steeped the laxative for too long!) and i felt one canker soar and i sneezed a few times. but i feel like that was just bc i was up late. that always happens when i am tired.

at what points did you experience the headaches, aching, joint pain, canker soars etc...
