I have similar cravings for un-raw food and things other than steamed asparagus or brocolli. I have told my friends already I give myself permission to have whatever I want one day a week. Its the idea of deprivation rather than facing that one day with some discipline that is worse than the reality. So if that one day I really want to have a WHAT-A-BURGER, I will most likely feed that craving rather than turn it into an obsession.
