Blood in stool

The last week I’ve been experiencing rectal bleeding as well as urinal bleeding. I’m concerned that I might have something serious but I don’t have any other symptom. I’ve been doing 100 pushups every day the last week and I heard strenuous exercise could cause rectal bleeding. Are push-ups considered strenuous? Is this why I’m having rectal bleeding? Should I report it to my doctor? Should I be concerned about it? Tweet
