Feedback requested on this worm.
Hoping I can get feedback from ICU, MattK3, Sharkman, ParasiteDestructor, Cimber, ZZtop, and any other long time users.
Trying to identify what type of worm this might be.
This is how the ones in the lips and face appear with the human eye.
This how they look under a microscope.
You can see these are around .5cm in length and they appear white. When you view through a microscope they are brownish in color with a 5X objective lens.
The larger worm appears to be all over scalp and in hair. Here it is with the naked eye.
Here are the images under the microscope at various magnifications:
For the longest time I have been fighting flukes, but this worm never seems to die, so I think I'm not identifying it correctly. I recently have encountered that the smaller worm can be literally all over my face and my face is clear with no breakouts save my lips, nose and eyes. I found the smaller ones by multiple applications of Vaseline and slight motion. I was surprised to find them all over my face. The lip area had multiple cysts in the inside lower lips and upper lips. The infection turned into Angular cheilitis after being prescribed a steroid inhaler to breathe in Sep. It wasn't until I used the Vaseline that the cysts and small worms came off. Of course I am on meds and that has helped with the cysts. Would really appreciate your help on what this might be. Have researched all the flukes and this doesn't look like anything else. Please note ones in my hair can appear a lot longer. They have been easily 2-3cm and longer. If any of the images are too small to view - you are able to view them full size in the

Thought I would add another of my images of one of the ends of the worms - looks like I need to do another post as not allowing me to upload an image with this last post.
