They picked Biden because he's a corrupt old man who can be easily manipulated/blackmailed if necessary. That's why their primaries were cut short -again, fraud although different.
Georgia was also planned and fraudulent but with help from Trump supporters who decided not to vote after their shock on Nov 20. Not counted on but helped further the narrative that this time, it was the same 'Anti Trump' effect (which is fake) augmented by Trumpers staying home.
