I am on day two as well. I did the Master-Cleanse at the beginning of this year for 10 days... It was great!! I tried to do it a month ago, but couldn't get past day one; I gave into the cravings for food... This time I decided to ask for help from the Holy Spirit. I am fasting to overcome the flesh cravings for food I KNOW are killing my body. I prayed for help and on day two I can easily say my prayers were answered. The cravings are easy to get past. I feel lighter and more energized. I pray you will be able to get past this miserable first start. It will get better and your body will love your for it.
