Okay - so I finished up the fast last night, and I decided to weigh in and I am glad I did. I lost 10 pounds. Which is a great feeling. My clothes fit looser and I look thinner in the face. I know if I eat bad it will come back and some will come back anyway, but I think I did well - well enough to continue my efforts to lose more before I go on yet another fast. I have been doing orange juice today and it is great to have something completely different to drink, but I have been sooo humgry!!! Is that something the orange juice does to your body to get it ready to eat real food, or is it all mental and emotional since I know that I am "allowed to eat" again?
