The malic acid ( as L-Malic) content of ACV is .05 of acetic acid content. Multiply acetic acid content (usually 5%) by .05 to find malic acid content. This would mean that 1 tblsp (= 15 ml) contains about 0,75 gram malic acid.

The concentration of malic acid in apple cider vinegar is much higher then that in apple juice, probably around 10x.
