Need to delete/close old account

I am trying to have an old profile that I don't use anymore on here deleted/closed. Due to privacy reasons relating to work/personal reasons I need it removed as it is appearing on Google searches. It appears to still be active as I was able to login but I get the message that my account has been restricted. I also cannot contact the Webmaster without getting a constant error message.
