day 1 mc, cranky cranky!!! Anyone else get moody?

I am starting the first day of my third MC. I've done two prior 10 day fasts. This time I am going to see if I can go at least 21 days.

I am premenstrual and it seems that my crankiness has taken an EXORCIST-like hue.

I've sucked down 60 oz of lemonade and copious amounts of water today.

Do any of you others get so cranky in the first days of your fast? I don't recall being this darned moody before.
