Diarrhea (sorry...) from both nystatin and saccharomyces boulardii... can that be candida die off?

I have taken nystatin pills for three weeks and I got diarrhea after taken it about a week and it lasted until two days after stopping it. After this I tried saccharomyces boulardii and I got diarrhea also from that after taken it for a week. Can candida die off give you diarrhea or do you know of any other reason to why these both gives me that? I feel very confused...

If this is die off... how long can I suspect it to last before I have to think about other reasons for the diarrhea? Tweet
