GERD, Raw Vegetables, and Magnesium.

I have suffered from GERD for decades. Recently I found that eating raw vegetables helps! Cucumber, Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, & radishes are all recommended online. I have tried Cucumber, and it is awesome! I have been able to digest meat as long as I eat cucumber. Also, I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and low Magnesium. I believe Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome is low magnesium! I have had trouble taking it orally (stomach issues), but I have some spray on order that should allow me to avoid taking pills. I have had cardiac symptoms, muscle cramps, extreme exhaustion, and of course Epstein Barr. That is improving. I have been able to stay awake during the day (as long as I take the pills. This has changed since my stomach would not allow it. Hopefully the spray will be just as effective.

I have also read that low magnesium can cause GERD.

I have suffered greatly thru the years. My only hope is that someone will read this and benefit from my discoveries!
