Please help me to identify

please help me to identify these things that come out of my mouth.
They look like hair, sometimes they're black, sometimes they're red.
These things also come out of my scalp and there are highs on my head and neck.
I always have the sensation of having something in my throat and I feel a great pressure on my head mainly when I'm lying down.
Has anyone been through this or have any idea what it might be?
