I too have recently stumbled upon that blog and have drawn many similarities to her. I think there are many different possibilities for EC and I believe mine is definitely food related possibly even gallates like yourself. I’ve been struggling for 5 years with EC now and I was wondering if you could send me your email so I could possibly ask you a few questions about your EC.
