Tiny bugs or worms in my nose and eye ducts. Any remedies?

A few years it started with extreme tickles in my nose. I could feel them especially at night burrow into my nose more or even come out and crawl on my face. Extemly tickly and itchy!!! No pain. I should have tries treatments long ago! I hear how now salt flush and or food grade hydrogen netti pots work.

But now they are in my tear ducts and eyes so whats a remedy for that??

Maybe they are mites? Or thread worms? Who knows. Tweet
