I agree with you. I think people are sometimes just looking for answers, as well as describing their own personal experiences - not trying to start a fight or anything. I looked up the definition of lithagogue:

"A substance or agent that causes dislodgment or expulsion of calculi, especially urinary calculi."

Note the words "especially urinary calculi" [i.e., kidney stones]. Tweet
