Capt. Tom Moore, came to light just over a week ago, raised millions for the NHS doing his garden walk with his walking frame, 100 laps for the National Health Service, Tom is 100 years old at the end of the month and is a veteran of WW2, a true British Gent and has captured the hearts of the nation just as Vera Lynn did in WW2.

On his just giving page he has raised so far 23 and a half million and it keeps rising, the site has crashed a few times today. Tom has broken the record on just giving, the previous record was 5 million.

Boris Johnson is looking at ways of thanking Tom and there is a huge call for Tom to be knighted, he is bringing everyone together at this worrying time.
