As someone who has dealt with EC for a decade and stalked this forum for about the same, I would advise everyone to find a managing technique that works for them. You’re only going to depress yourself by putting a tremendous amount of effort to try and cure what I believe is essentially incurable. And even if someone says they’ve happened to be cured, there almost certainly isn’t a universal cure. I had a good managing technique that I was happy with for years, and then I quit it not long ago in attempt to try and heal. Worst decision I’ve made since getting this crap and now I’m back to my early days of feeling shitty about EC.
