Thanks Trapper! Yeah, I agree, get the diagnosis, but refuse the treatments. But sadly, even the diagnosis can go wrong. They can misdiagnose you with something you don't even have, or you may have something seriously wrong, and they'll tell you that they found nothing, so it must just be in your head. But definitiely at times, their diagnosis can be life saving if we can then find the right treatment, that's safe and effective.
But yeah, I might need to go and at least get an MRI to see if I've got any hidden cancer wreaking havoc that I have no clue about.
