Learn about liposomal vitamin C. Supposedly Dr Levy thinks liposomal can be even more effective even though we can't get the blood levels as high as with IV. I suspect that is because liposomal helps vitamin C to get into cells more more easily as well as helping us to absorb more of it from the digestive tract
