Feeling Terrible!

Please forgive my whining but I feel aweful and no one else would understand.

I'm on day 9 and so far everything has been going well, easier in fact then my previous cleanses. Now I have an exploding headache, sore throat, and am struggling to focus at work. I know it means progress but I really need to concentrate. I feel so frustrated and cranky today.
