Informed people know that small amounts of alcohol, such as 8 oz. of beer, has a stimulant effect. Beyond like amounts, alcohol behaves as a CNS depressant.

So, it is opposite effects, depending on dose. I believe this supports the Fundamental Theorem of Homeopathy.
