flaky skin

There are two places where dry flaky skin persists on my body. The doctor used to prescribe regular cortisone but that has stopped being effective a long time ago. When I first had checked out, I was told that there is a particular type of fungus that is causing the dryness. I use vaseline now to keep it moist but it does not solve the problem and am afraid that it could make it worse. Suggestions welcomed! Tweet
