“Shrub” is a drink concentrate —please tell MH
Hi folks
I used to post on here a lot. on the Water only fasting, and
Liver Flush Forum s primarily,
and others, way back when. And my health improved tremendously, using these protocols...
— sadly, I was banned from MH’s forum, for posting / opining positively on Shivambu / “your own perfect medicine “ which has a long, respected history, but which is a line in the sand
for MH.
i just popped in to see if, by chance, today I remembered my password, and I did. And read a couple things. I read in MH’s forum a post about “shrub”. And just wanted to reply.
Can someone please inform him that the “shrub” he was asked his views about is:
“In drink terms, a shrub is a concentrated syrup that combines fruit, sugar, and vinegar. The result is a sweet, acidic mixer that can be enjoyed on its own or used in a variety of mixed drinks. “
Also, invert
Sugar ( one ingredient) is not something one would want to consume, given the choice. Better to make the shrub yourself, I would think.
He seemed to have confused the term for the pomegranate shrub, ( which he correctly had previously imagined was a tree and not a shrub. It S more correctly a tree. )
My best wishes to all,
thanks
Chiron
