Liver flush #28 or 30..i lost count at #18 hehe

Just felt like saying hi..been awhile since I posted, I hadn't completed a flush in about 2 years but was having clay-like stools lately and even had discomfort and slight pains in my anus and even a pressure in my liver area..after this last flush my anus is relieved lol I still get amazed by the flush.. Maintenance is very important, I had smaller stones this time but noticed more sludge this time around.. I consider myself a veteran flusher by now but am surprisingly happy with how successful this last flush was..i can actually feel a lightness in my liver, its nice.. If anyone has any questions dont be shy..im on my phone so its hard to express myself like I want..

P.s. I am extremely embarrassed about this user name.. But theres a lot of history in it for me since I started flushing at around 18 or 19 years old and im about to be 35 in July lol so i wont change it. I had no idea what a minx was back then lol
