Eat more to lose weight


How to lose weight and eat more. I know I struggle to eat salads on their own, so there’s no need to suffer if you don’t want to eat a salad...

1. Make up your main meal on a small dinner plate

2. Then make up a salad of greens, shredded carrot, lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, tomato, cress etc... no meat or cheese... on a side dinner plate

3. Eat meal but also eating salad at same time, say a mouthful of meal and then a mouthful of salad, or a mouthful of both together if you’re not keen on salad to hide taste, salads tend to be bland and onions can be left out, plates side by side.

4. This way you will eat more but your calorie intake will be less as you become fuller quicker on using small dinner plate for your meal and a side salad.

A great way to exercise is to dance, put a good cd on like Dancing Queen and workout enjoying it, most people like to dance and are working out without even realising it.
