Stalking

I’m not sure where to post this. I’m a woman whose being stalked by another woman. I had problems with her and her husband before and called the police on them, the police did nothing and they told the police a different version of events. I believe this woman is a vengeful stalker who has been watching me through my bedroom window at night and possibly might have seen me half naked or worse. I never use to draw my curtains at night as you can’t see in from the road as it’s all enclosed but last winter the fence cracked open which I wasn’t aware of and I hadn’t realised it gave a direct view into my bedroom when I found out and looked through the opening, it was a good size opening. She could easily have pictures of me. We fixed the opening but it was to late.

I kept hearing a car outside same time in the evenings for several nights but that’s not unusual as cars pull over in my drive and will sit there using their phones etc... it wasn’t until after several days I clicked who it was when she sounded her horn on the car all the way up the road and beyond for quite sometime as she drove away. This woman has been harassing me for at least 15 years and has followed me to every property I lived which is three in the last 15 years. Unfortunately my husband refuses to put a camera up although he has seen her outside ours, most of the time she bibs her horn for over a minute driving past and long way up the road. I’m certain my neighbours must have heard her but we get a lot of pigeons etc and cars do sound their horns. This winter she hasn’t made herself known much, I’m wondering if she’s now got what she wanted from me. She still comes but not often, but when she does she sounds her horn loud for quite sometime.
