pinworms- help me

Hello, please read my post. I need help. I have been battling pinworms for 4 months and I can’t get rid of them. I’ve done all the cleaning, taken the strongest meds for long lengths of times, and they will not leave. And recently they have invaded my ears and possibly nose too. I am a mother of two you g children, and my life has been uprooted from this. Can anyone share how in the world they got rid of theirs and how long you had it etc etc??? Tweet
