New Medication and update

Hey Everyone, I have not updated the forum in a longtime simply because I haven't been trying many things to heal my lips i have been actively maintaining/managing the symptoms, Which makes life a lot better but as you all know one day I would like to be free of these symptoms completely and get the condition under control so I can completely be pain free and NOT have to be inconvenienced with the constant battle to maintain my lips.

I wanted to give some hope/encouragement to the members that there is lots of different treatment approaches and new medication that are available and lots more that will become available in the near future for inflammatory skin conditions. I have recently in the last few weeks started a biological treatment which im hoping will greatly improve my symptoms/pain and hopefully completely clear and control the condition. It is not a topical ointment rather it manipulates the immune system to halt inflammation. I will update the forum after about 3-4 months.

I have never been more hopeful with a treatment.

I encourage all of you to go and see Dermatologist and immunologists if you are wanting to try new approaches. Just try find one that is willing to help you and is knowledgeable in all the latest treatments(very important)

I know a lot of you have given up but if you don't actively try new approaches you wont be fixed. So please get back out their and find a good dermatologist.
