IT was from throwing up the bile.THAT WAS FROM THE EXERCISE which was from a lack of knowledge or self deception. There is aproduct called singer's spray, hopefully the sore throat is gone by now. i have read 8000 pages on Water Fasting and 6000 before i did my first one. You will heal. Stop the fast if you must and do it correctly the next time.
