Unless either your stomach or pancreas function is not functioning correctly, which both are not in me, then you probably do not need them.

However I can guarantee that your stomach is affected because it is in everyone, absolutely everyone except for newborn babies. This is not yet recognised by Science and medicine. It is not yet known, but will become so within the next 10 years. I recognise how damaging it is, being the largest factor in most human disease processes which all involve inflammatory processes. You might not be consciously aware of this but your subconscious might be attempting to tell you something. Tweet
