From what I read and what I understand, you should have your metal fillings removed if you are doing the liver cleanse that is recommended in Dr. Hulda's book.

You can also get there by scrolling to the top of our forum page, and 1/2 down in blue you can click on " flush your liver before and after......"
Scroll down below the toilet picture and you'll see some Liver Flush recipes, Dr. Hulda's being the first. Go down to the Preparation and you'll see the comments about your denatl work.

I found this last week, and have been wondering if I should have done this cleanse first.....Uggghhh! There is so much to learn. But I'm on day 6 and I'm not stopping now. This is my first time so, I'm only going 10 days and maybe go further next time.
