yes sir, i think there is benefit in doing both lipofulelrenes AND greskas monomolecular flavor.

they all low dose (my opinion). ken does all he wants as far as quantity goes so he should be looking good. if i do a 00 vegcap of greskas per day i make gains. if i double that, i feel great and make faster gains and border on not being able to sleep from the excess energy.
