Please help... itchy nipple rash since iodine supplementing

Looking for some insight please. I have been taking Iodine for 5 1/2 months now and slowly worked my way up to 50mg. My initial reason is to get rid of fibrocystic breasts. My breasts no longer hurt and my cysts are getting smaller, which makes me really happy. My concern is that shortly after I began Iodine supplementation I got a flaky, itchy rash on one of my nipples. This on my healthier breast not laden with cysts. I’ve never had this rash before. When I upped my dose to 50mg 6 wks ago it got a bit worse,. Then I thought it would be a good idea this last week to paint the area with Lugol’s and it’s gotten a bit bigger and red and inflamed.
I am taking all the companion nutrients and salt water etc.
I also have itchy spots other places on my body and a rash on one of my hands. This nipple rash was the first to appear and has never went away.
I do not want to stop the Iodine because it is helping me a lot. But this rash stresses me out.
Any recommendations?? Lower dosage... up dosage?? I’m taking Iodoral right now(since I upped to 50mg), but was taking Terry Naturally Tri-Iodine.
