Headache help post liver flush

Hi everyone, looking for advice please. I’ve done around five Moritz liver flushes but The one I did last night was the first one I’ve done for around five months, so too long a gap really. Unfortunately I messed it up a bit as I felt very sick and so didn’t take my last glass of Epsom Salts this morning. I have a really rotten headache today and aside from drinking gallons of water I wonder if anybody can advise me on something to help me detoxify quicker ? I’ve just taken a heaped Teaspoon of Epsom Salts in lemon juice and water.
