Re: Starting iodine and feeling exhausted

I am on the 7 days of taking Lugols, I am feeling very tired and fatigue since yesterday but the first 5 days I felt increased energy and everything is getting better. I just feel like I could regala-te to you somehow, maybe after a few days I would feelt better again . I am currently on 100mg of Iodine daily experimenting with dosage of companion supplements. I just had my period yesterday which could be why I am so tired but I hope it gets better as it does feel discouraging thinking Iodine protocol doesn’t seem to work for me anymore. Tweet
